Projects

Steering Linkage for RC Car
In this project, we built a remote-controlled car for the final race and won 2nd place. I took part in designing the steering linkage system with added suspension.
Autonomic Painting Robot
In this project, we are building an automatic painting robot based on the FANUC robotic arm. I designed and prototyped multiple versions of brush holders and other accessories such as camera mount or paint container mount using 3D printing.


Rotary Auger tooth with tooth bite reinforced
I used reverse engineering to model a rotary auger tooth based on the actuall auger tooth. I made a new model that can implement the carbide tip which reinforced the tooth strength when drilling.

Designing Portable Iron prototype
Using the human centered Design method, with team of 5, we made this cloud Iron prototype.
Wooden Toy Car
This is a work I did at STEALTH startup company , I designed a wooden toy car model using SolidWorks.

Bat Mobile Toy
This is another work at STEALTH startup company, I made a batman mobile with more complex structures.
Mini Weather Station
Used Arduino R3 and sensor components to build a mini device that is capable of measuring wind speed, temperature, atmospheric pressure, sea level height, and humidity.


Soap Container
This is a soap container I designed and made using a 3D printer. Due to the market gap, some designs are either not good or expensive, so I was thinking if I could make one myself. And it turned out pretty good.

This is a aluminum Pown I designed and made using CNC machining. I also made a copper Pown with slower cutting speed since the mateiral is more softer than aluminum.
